Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts and/or thighs
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into Instant Pot.
  • Close lid, make sure valve is closed, press Manual for high pressure and set for 20 minutes. Once done, quick release pressure.
  • Remove chicken from Instant Pot. Shred chicken with 2 forks and place back in Instant Pot with liquid. Serve.
