Ingredients
1.5
pounds
skinless
boneless chicken breasts and/or thighs
½
cup
chicken stock
1
tablespoon
garlic powder
1
tablespoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2
teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients into Instant Pot.
Close lid, make sure valve is closed, press Manual for high pressure and set for 20 minutes. Once done, quick release pressure.
Remove chicken from Instant Pot. Shred chicken with 2 forks and place back in Instant Pot with liquid. Serve.
