Air Fryer Potatoes

  • air fryer


  • 1 ½ pounds a 24-ounce bag mini potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: other spices you like!


  • Preheat air fryer to 425 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, add potatoes, salt, pepper, oil, and other spices you like and mix well.
  • Pour potato mixture into air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Toss the potatoes and cook for another 10-12 minutes depending on your preferred level of golden brown and crispiness.



Note: try different colored mini potatoes!
