Drain tofu, wrap in paper towels, and set a heavy pan on top to press out additional moisture for 15 to 30 minutes. Once complete, cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and other spices you like and whisk together. Add tofu and combine well. Marinate tofu for 15 to 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Place tofu into air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes. Toss the tofu and cook for another 5-10 minutes depending on your preferred level of golden brown and crispiness.
