Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with oil spray.
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and oil. Microwave for 1 minute, mix, and microwave in 10-second increments until melted.
In a bowl, add maple sugar, vanilla, almond milk, and eggs and whisk together.
Add melted chocolate mixture slowly and in small amounts to the sugar mixture, whisking constantly.
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into pan, smooth top, and bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
In a bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients.
When brownies come out of the oven, drizzle peppermint glaze on top. Allow brownies to cool for 15 minutes before cutting
