Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing

This lemon tahini dressing is creamy, tangy, and simple to make with just a few ingredients. It's great for salads, bowls, and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2-4 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add tahini, juice, salt, and pepper and whisk together well. Note that the acid in the lemon juice may cause the tahini to pucker a bit.
  • Add warm water 1 tablespoon at a time and whisk until desired consistency reached, adding more water as necessary.
