Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing
This lemon tahini dressing is creamy, tangy, and simple to make with just a few ingredients. It's great for salads, bowls, and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
1/3
cup
tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
ΒΌ

salt
Pinch
of black pepper

warm water
Instructions
In a bowl, add tahini, juice, salt, and pepper and whisk together well. Note that the acid in the lemon juice may cause the tahini to pucker a bit.
Add warm water 1 tablespoon at a time and whisk until desired consistency reached, adding more water as necessary.
