Grape Meatballs with Mint Yogurt

I love meatballs and use all types of ground meat regularly. It is versatile, lower in fat, and extremely flavorful when combined with the right ingredients. I’ve been experimenting with Welch’s 100% Grape Juice and thought, why not grape meatballs? 100% grape juice is an easy and delicious way to get the heart-health benefits of the one-of-a-kind Concord grape and is kid and family friendly. In addition, 100% grape juice made with Concord grapes provides many of the same polyphenols (or plant nutrients) and heart-health benefits as red wine.

Turns out, these Grape Meatballs with Mint Yogurt are delicious, simple, nutritious, and a crowd pleaser! Enjoy!

Note: Feel free to use whatever ground meat you like. Ground chicken, ground pork, and ground veal all make delicious meatballs. Or experiment and combine pork/veal/beef!

    1. Hi Ellen, each serving should be about 4 meatballs and 3-4 tablespoons of the mint yogurt. Hope you enjoy them! Would love to hear your thoughts!
