Watermelon Fruit Salad with Jalapeno and Lime

Chef Abbie Gellman RD

This summertime favorite is perfect for all your summer picnics and cookouts! My Watermelon Fruit Salad with Jalapeno and Lime is spicy and sweet, a perfect combination. Tons of Vitamin C and the sweet/spicy combination is amazing. And here’s the best part – mix any leftovers with vodka or gin and you’ve got a great adult bev! You’re welcome.

Note: other fun and tasty additions to this include jicama and cucumber. Try them and let me know what you think!
